As organizations build more internal tools and shared libraries, distributing Python packages through public repositories or manual file sharing can quickly become difficult to manage. Hosting packages in a private repository gives teams a centralized way to securely publish, version, and share reusable code across projects and development environments.

In this video, we demonstrate how to create internal Python packages and upload them to a private repository in ProGet. We also walk through creating a Python feed, generating API keys for authentication, publishing packages, and installing them from ProGet so they can be easily shared across your organization.
