Recently we’ve had an increase in support tickets related to automatic license key activation failing across all our products.

In September 2019, we migrated the inedo.com website from self-managed servers onto WordPress, and the services rooted on inedo.com had to be redirected. One of these former services was, naturally, product license activation. In routing these redirections, SSL certificate settings cause the activation data to be lost, which results in a response failure.
